What is the Installation Cost?

Installation is FREE on DSL and most Fibre Packages. We will Clearly show on the Fibre Package if Installation Fees do Apply.

Why do some ISP packages have Setup Fees

Some packages have setup fees included. The other packages that show Setup Fee prices is to get the Free Router/Sim card To you(shipping fees), Setting up the equipment for you. As this in not included in the package.

How long does it take to get the internet installed?

All installations are done by the Network provider. This all depends on their workload and installation schedule. We work on a within 30 days installation SLA. LTE is not included as this is only a sim card send to you.

How do i know when they will install my internet connection?

We constantly follow up with the network provider on the installation. We are aware of the installation and give feedback to the client as we get feedback from the network provider. The Network Provider will in some cases talk to you directly.

What does Month to Month mean?

There is no long term contract between You and us you can cancel your Package at any time by Giving one months notice. All Packages will only be cancelled the end of the following Month as Uncapped packages can't be billed prorata on the last month.

Is there a Cancelation Fee?

YES, if you cancel with in the first six months after installation. Currently the cancellation fee is R999 due directly after cancellation. If you have your Internet longer than 6 Months NO Cancellation fee is due.

When is payment due?

All ISP payments are due on the last day of the current month, for the next's months Service. Late Payment can lead to suspension and a reconnection fee may apply. Sign up Prorate Invoices are due on the day of activation.

What happen if I don't pay my last Invoice after cancellation?

As you are legally bind to a month to month contract. You will have to pay the last months invoice to cover for the usage of that month. Failure to do so will result in suspension of the connection and we may send your file to Our legal department.

How does it work if we are Offline?

Emsted Online work on a 99.3% online over a six month period. All offline sutuations are different there is 3 Factors involved. The Network Provider, The ISP Emsted Online and The client. With our support system we will establish the problem and correct it as soon as possible.
